First, make sure your network settings are correct. Restart your router and your Xbox 360. Check if the Wi-Fi password entered is correct and try to reconnect. If you're using a wired connection, ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected.

It could be interference. Try moving your Xbox 360 closer to the router or removing other devices that might be causing signal issues.
