Make sure you're in the correct position when you throw the ball. Sometimes the wolf won't chase if you're too far away.

Oh, the wolf glitch! This happens sometimes. Try resetting the level or restarting your game. Worked for me!

Have you tried using a different controller or checking your controller settings? Sometimes it’s just a technical issue!

It's possible the wolf is just having an off day. Who hasn't had one? Maybe try quitting and reloading the game.
