Mostly, yes! Hot Wheels does a pretty good job at making their sets compatible with each other, especially the tracks. You can connect different sets together and create some epic raceways. Just keep an eye on the scale - 1:64 scale cars and tracks are the standard, but there are a few outliers.

Nah, not all of them. Some of the older sets or the ones with unique features might not click together as smoothly with the new stuff. It's like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole - sometimes you just gotta work with what you've got.

From my experience, Hot Wheels are like the universal language of fun. I've mixed and matched sets from different years and even thrown in some from my childhood collection. 9 times out of 10, they work together flawlessly. It's that 1 time where you might need a bit of DIY magic to get things rolling.
