I managed to play GTA V on my Mac through a virtual machine setup, so I'm hopeful we'll find a way for GTA 6 too. It's not ideal, but where there's a will, there's a way!
As of now, Rockstar hasn't officially announced GTA 6 for Mac. Typically, GTA games first release on consoles and PC. However, that doesn't rule out future possibilities. With cloud gaming and emulators, there might be workarounds, but nothing beats native support. Fingers crossed Rockstar considers the Mac gaming community this time around!
