Highly unlikely. Marvel Snap's whole deal is being a fast and accessible digital card game. Introducing physical cards would kinda defeat the purpose of its design. Plus, managing updates and new content would be a nightmare on a physical format.
Wouldn't count on it. The magic of Marvel Snap is in its digital convenience and slick gameplay. Throwing physical cards into the mix would just complicate things.
