Nope, One's Justice isn't cross-platform. PS4 plays with PS4, Xbox with Xbox, and so on. Keep your team on the same system!
Unfortunately, My Hero Academia One's Justice doesn't support cross-platform play. You're stuck playing with folks on the same system.

From my experience, I've had to coordinate with my buddies to ensure we're all on the same platform. No cross-play here!
