Sorry, the answer is no. The Kinect for Xbox 360 won't directly work with the Xbox One. You'd need an adapter, but those can be hard to find nowadays.

Nope! The Xbox 360 Kinect isn't directly compatible with the Xbox One. You'll need the Xbox One Kinect Sensor and an adapter if you want to use it on newer Xbox consoles.

From personal experience, I found out the hard way. The Xbox 360 Kinect didn't work on our Xbox One. Had to buy a new Kinect.
