As of now, there are no plans for a new Tokyo Ghoul series. But you never know, fingers crossed for a reboot or spin-off!
Tokyo Ghoul has finished with Tokyo Ghoul:re, which tied up all the loose ends. But hey, at least we have the manga and anime to rewatch!

From what I know, Tokyo Ghoul:re is the final chapter. Sui Ishida said goodbye to Kaneki in the manga too!
