I wouldn't hold my breath. Brotherhood wrapped things up so perfectly that more might just mess with that magic!
From my experience in the anime community, when a franchise is this beloved, spin-offs or new content often surface eventually.
As of now, there's no official news about new Fullmetal Alchemist content. However, given its massive fanbase and popularity, never say never!
