The Xbox One controller won't work with the Xbox 360, unfortunately. It's a different technology altogether.

Tried it myself – Xbox One controller doesn't sync up with the Xbox 360. Gotta stick with the old controllers!

Nope, the Xbox One controller is not compatible with the Xbox 360. You'll need a 360 controller for that console!
