Batman is a genius strategist with loads of gadgets, but Spider-Man's agility and Spidey-sense give him a big edge. Spider-Man is super strong and can stick to walls, so he's a tough target to hit. I'd say Spidey wins if he keeps it quick and doesn't let Batman prep too much!

If Batman had time to prepare, he might win. But in a straight fight, Spider-Man's gonna win every time.
I've read countless comics featuring both heroes, and based on that alone, I'd say Spider-Man stands a good chance unless Batman's got time to plan.
Batman always has a plan, so even with Spider-Man's powers, Bats might just edge it out with the right prep time.
