Honestly, while it's kinda like asking which lottery ticket wins most often, many would say the Operation Bravo case has historically had a good return on investment cause of its rare and desirable skins. Remember, though, it's all RNG at the end of the day!

From personal experience, I've had the best luck with the Spectrum 2 case. Pulled a couple of high-tier skins that more than paid for the cost of the cases and keys. But as everyone will tell you, it's all down to luck.

Hot take: Just save your money. The chance of getting something actually worth more than the case and key is so slim, you're better off buying the skins you want directly.
