Honestly, don't stress too much about finding the 'cheapest' case and key. You're better off focusing on which skins you really want. But if you're pinching pennies, Horizon Cases tend to be on the lower end, price-wise. And keys? They're a flat rate, my friend — $2.49 each, no matter the case.
