It's the 'E' key! But remember, you can't just tap it; hold it down to keep defusing. Timing and cover are key.

I always remap mine to a different key for easier access, but yeah, 'E' is the default. Customize your controls to fit your playstyle best!

Honestly, hitting 'E' feels like the longest seconds of your life in CS:GO. Just make sure you've got a Defuse Kit to cut the time in half, or it's gonna feel like an eternity.
