The rarest skin in Subway Surfers has gotta be the 'Scarlett' character, which was part of a limited-time event. It's super hard to find players who have her because you had to be playing at just the right time to snag her.

Honestly, all the skins you missed are the rarest. If you weren't around for a specific event or offer, then that skin you missed is your rarest. Simple as that.

Rex hands down. Released way back in 2013 and hasn't made many comebacks. If you see someone with Rex, know they're an OG or they've got deep pockets.

Scarlett? Rex? Please. It's all about those early special releases. The ones you had to grind for or pay a pretty penny. They don't come back often, and when they do, it's not for long.
