Actually, you can change it in your settings. 'E' is default, but go wild, make it whatever you want. Personally, I use 'F', feels more intuitive.

E is the magic button! Get close, press it, and pray you got enough time before it goes boom.

To defuse the bomb in CS:GO, you'll want to press the 'E' key on your keyboard. Make sure you're close enough to the bomb, or you'll just be dancing around it like it's a hot potato. And remember, buying a defuse kit will cut your defuse time in half, so don't forget to invest in one of those if you're playing on the Counter-Terrorist side!

Just press E, it's not rocket science. But make sure you're actually on the bomb site. I've seen too many folks panic and forget where they are.
