Actually, Kirlia can evolve into Gallade instead of Gardevoir, but that's only if it's male and you use a Dawn Stone on it. So, you've got options at level 30!

Kirlia evolves at level 30 in Pokemon Scarlet. Just keep leveling up your Kirlia and once it hits that sweet level 30, you're all set for it to evolve into a dazzling Gardevoir. Make sure you don't accidentally press B during the evolution, or you'll have to wait till the next level!

I don't get why everyone's so hyped about Kirlia evolving at level 30. Just evolve it whenever, no biggie.
