The rarest character in Subway Surfers has got to be 'Zombie Jake'. He was only available for a limited time during the Halloween update and hasn't been seen much since. Since these special event characters are only available for a limited time, snagging one can really show off how long you've been surfing the subway!

Nah, I think it's all about 'Jaro & Lauma' now. They're super rare cos they were part of special promotions. Not everyone got a chance to unlock them, making any player who has them part of an exclusive club.
