Cases in CS:GO drop randomly after finishing matches! There's no specific schedule, but playing more often increases your chances. Plus, you can sometimes get them as part of weekly rewards if you've racked up enough playtime. Remember, having a Prime Status might also boost the types of drops you can get!

Based on my experience, it's totally random, but I swear I get more cases when I play worse. So, maybe try not being a top fragger for once? Kidding... or am I?
