Just smash some robots! Seriously, robots like Protectrons and Assaultrons drop biometric scanners like they're going out of style. Try the Robotics Disposal Ground or any other spots where robots lurk. It's faster than haggling with vendors and you get to blow off some steam. Two birds, one incredibly destructive stone.
