Bottle Caps are super useful for Hyper Training your Pokemon! You can buy them at Delibird Presents shops found in various locations across Paldea. There's one in Mesagoza, Cascarrafa, and Levincia. They're not cheap, though, so save up your in-game currency.

Pro tip: if you're after Bottle Caps, also check out the auction house in Porto Marinada. You can sometimes snag them there, possibly for a better deal than the Delibird Presents shops!
