Skrelp can be a tricky one to find! You need to head to the coastal areas of Paldea, specifically around the South Province (Area Three) is where I found mine. It loves hanging around the seaweed-rich spots during the day. Make sure to check both in and out of battles in those waters, and with a bit of patience, you'll snag one!

Just catch a Dratini and call it a day. Skrelp is not even worth the hassle.

I second the coastal area strategy for finding Skrelp in Pokemon Scarlet. Took me a while, but finally caught mine near Porto Marinada. It's all about the right place and time, and a little bit of luck.
