Where can you buy Ultra Balls in Pokemon Scarlet?

Actually, I think the whole 'beat X gyms to unlock items in the Poke Mart' is kinda outdated. From my experience, once you're past the early game and have a few gym badges, Ultra Balls start showing up. So, just play and keep checking every time you pass a Poke Mart. They'll be there eventually!
