Torchic isn't just wandering around in the wild grass like some of the other Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet. You gotta get lucky and find it through a Tera Raid Battle. These raids are not always available, so keep an eye on the Tera Raid Battle schedules and locations where Torchic might appear. It's a bit of a patience game, but totally worth it for that fiery little chicken!

Actually, Torchic's not in Pokémon Scarlet. You're outta luck if you're searching the wilds for it. Might wanna consider trading with someone who’s got one.
