IMHO, isn't Mankey kind of overrated? Plenty of other cool Pokemon to catch early in Scarlet and Violet.

Actually, Mankey also pops up in the East Province (Area One)near the beginning of the game. Caught mine there after a bit of wandering!

Mankey can be found pretty early on in your adventure in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet! Look around the South Province (Area Two), it's a common spot where Mankey likes to hang out. Just stroll around the grassy areas there, and you're bound to bump into one sooner or later. Happy hunting!
