Good luck finding Nasty Plot by just wandering around. It's a TM, folks. You'll probably have to defeat a strong opponent or complete a challenging quest to get your hands on it. Just keep playing and it'll turn up when you least expect it.

I got Nasty Plot after an intense battle with a gym leader. Can't remember which one, but it was totally worth it. Keep pushing through those battles!
