Just FYI, if you're looking for jurors in GTA 5, they're scattered, but the one that trips people up is usually the guy on the sailboat near Pacific Bluffs. Happy hunting!

It's a game, folk. The jurors are everywhere and nowhere, like SchrÃļdinger's NPCs. But seriously, check near the coast and beaches; those pixels love sunbathing more than judging.

The juror in GTA 5 you're looking for is chilling on a sailboat off the Pacific Bluffs coastline. Bring your sniper rifle for a peaceful persuasion! Also, don't forget the dude sunbathing on the Vespucci Beach, opposite the gym. He's got a date with your sniper scope too.
