Honestly, just spray and pray. Works every time for me. Who needs aiming when you have a whole magazine?

Always aim for the head for quick kills, especially with rifles like the AK-47 or M4. But, if you're using SMGs, spraying towards the lower body can be more forgiving because of recoil. Also, always keep your crosshair at head level and where you expect an enemy to appear. This minimizes the movement needed to adjust your aim when you spot an opponent.

It's not just about where to aim but how you move as well. Strafe to throw off your opponent's aim, stop, then shoot for the head. Movement and aim go hand in hand.
