Can confirm the Delibird Presents shop in Cascarrafa is the place. Was there yesterday loading up for a catching spree. They've got a pretty good selection, not just Heavy Balls, but lots of other types too. Handy for those tricky catches!

Heavy Balls aren't your regular Pokemart find in Pokemon Scarlet. You'll need to head over to Cascarrafa, specifically the Delibird Presents shop there. They stock up on the Heavy Balls, along with other specialty Poké Balls, so you can catch those hefty Pokémon with ease!
