Actually, you can't buy Leftovers in any shop in Pokemon Scarlet or Violet. They're more of a finders-keepers situation. Your best bet is to mine or look for them while exploring. Happy hunting!

Found Leftovers while mining on my first try near a cave in the South Province. Can confirm mining rocks is the way to go. The grind is real but totally worth it for that sweet, sweet HP recovery.
