Ditto can be a tricky little blob to find, but fear not! You're most likely to bump into Ditto around the outskirts of urban areas in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Specifically, keep your eyes peeled around the West Province (Area Two) and the East Province (Area Three). Also, don’t forget to check out the grassy areas near research stations, Ditto loves to hang out there. Happy hunting!
