I caught my Hatenna in the South Province (Area Two), not Three. It was pretty easy, just took a bit of patience. So, if you don't find them in Area Three, try Area Two!

Just walk around the South Province areas with lots of patience and an eye for sparkles. Hatenna pops up more often than you'd think!
