Catching Okidogi in Pokemon Scarlet isn't too hard once you know where to look! Head over to the South Province (Area Three) near the beginning of the game. It's one of the first areas you can explore after getting a bit of freedom to roam. Okidogi tends to pop up around there, especially in the grassy patches. Happy hunting!

Honestly, just wander around the South Province (Area Three) for a bit. Okidogi will show up eventually. Caught mine after like, 10 minutes of looking.
