Starly can be found in the early areas of Pokémon Scarlet, especially around South Province (Area One). It's a common encounter in the grassy patches. Just wander around there, and you'll likely bump into a bunch of them. Bring some Poké Balls!

lol literally just walk outside the starting town. Starly's everywhere in the beginning. Can't miss 'em.

Found mine near a tree by the first gym. They seem to like hanging around those areas a lot. Happy hunting!

Actually, I think Starly's a bit overrated. Go for Rookidee instead. Just my two cents.
