In Pokemon Scarlet, you can snag a Prism Scale by fishing in Casseroya Lake. Make sure to have a good fishing rod and some patience, as it might take a few tries. The sparkly spots in the water are your best bet!

Casseroya Lake, no question. Caught mine first try near the big waterfall. Just keep an eye out for those sparkles and you're golden.
