To snag yourself a Baxcalibur in Pokemon Scarlet, you'll want to head to the Glaseado Mountain area. This Dragon/Ice type Pokémon is the final evolution of Frigibax, evolving from Arctibax. You won't find Baxcalibur just wandering around – you need to evolve an Arctibax, which evolves from Frigibax at level 35, then Arctibax evolves into Baxcalibur at level 54. So, catch a Frigibax, train it up, and voila, Baxcalibur is yours!
