Honestly, don't sweat it too much. False Swipe is cool and all but there are other TMs and strategies for catching Pokémon without risking a knockout. Sometimes the old Pokéball spam works just as well.

To get False Swipe in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you need to head to Montenevera. In this town, you'll find a Pokémon Center where you can talk to a certain NPC who will gift you the TM for False Swipe. Super useful for catching 'em all without knocking 'em out!
