It's kinda tricky because the area is crawling with electric-type Pals that can make your journey a bit shocking (pun intended). Make sure you prepare your Pals for some tough battles and have plenty of items to restore health and energy. Also, exploring during the day might give you a better chance since visibility is better. Found it by accident lol, was just wandering around Thunderous Mountains. Seriously, keep your eyes peeled; it's not as hard as people make it out to be. Also, bring a Pal that can counter electric types; makes a HUGE difference.
