Hydro Pump is a super powerful Water-type move, and you can teach it to your Pokémon through TM150. You gotta craft it at a TM Machine using the right materials: 8000 LP and x5 Finneon Scales, x3 Skrelp Scales, and x3 Veluza Tentacles. You can find these materials by battling the respective wild Pokémon. So, get ready to go on a little hunting trip across Paldea!

Honestly, you don't really NEED Hydro Pump. There are way better Water-type moves out there with higher accuracy. Trust me, I skipped it and my team's doing just fine.
