Jolteon isn't wandering around in the tall grass waiting for you in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Instead, you get Jolteon by evolving Eevee with a Thunder Stone. You can find Eevee in the wild, typically in grassy areas. As for the Thunder Stone, check out places where items are found in abundance, like caves or the sparkling spots on the ground across the Paldea region. Happy hunting!
