Honestly, finding Black Augurite for the evolution is the real challenge, not getting Kleavor itself. Spent hours hunting for that item. Once you have it, though, evolving Scyther is a breeze. Good luck!

Kleavor, the Axe Pokémon, doesn't just show up wandering around waiting to be caught in Pokemon Scarlet. You gotta evolve your Scyther to get this cool Pokémon! Just grab a Black Augurite and use it on Scyther. Voila! You've got yourself a Kleavor. Black Augurite can be a bit tricky to find, but keep an eye out in areas with lots of rocks or check out the in-game auction for a chance to snag some.
