Honestly, just roam South Province (Area Three). Shroodle are more common than you think. Happy hunting!

Caught my Shroodle near some trees in South Province (Area Three) - it seems like they enjoy the shade. Be patient and look around the area; might take a bit of searching but totally worth it!
