Tbh, didn't find Ting Lu that hard to catch. Just wandered into North Province Area Two during my lunch break. Maybe I just got lucky, but it seemed pretty straightforward to me.

Good luck finding Ting Lu, that thing's rarer than a shiny Zubat. But seriously, focus on those North Province areas. It's all about timing and maybe a bit of luck!
