Honestly, it's way easier to trade for Tyrunt with someone who already has it. Fossil hunting and reviving can be a grind.

Finding Tyrunt in Pokemon Scarlet is all about getting to the right spot. You wanna head to Cascarrafa, specifically the Research Station. Then, talk to the scientist inside who will let you revive Fossil Pokémon. To get Tyrunt, you specifically need the Jaw Fossil. Remember, you can only find these fossils in certain areas, so keep an eye out while exploring!

I managed to find a Jaw Fossil while exploring some of the caves in Paldea. Took it to the Research Station in Cascarrafa, and they revived Tyrunt for me. It's a bit of luck and exploration, but totally worth it!
