Just to stir the pot a bit – honestly, instead of spending forever trying to find Vullaby, focus on leveling up your team. Vullaby's cool and all, but there are plenty of other awesome Pokémon to catch in Scarlet that might not have you running in circles for hours.

Vullaby hangs out in the South Province of the Paldea region, especially in Area Three and Area Five. You gotta keep an eye out because it's kinda rare, but patience pays off! Just walk around these areas, and you're bound to bump into one sooner or later. Good luck, trainer!

I actually found my Vullaby by accident in Area Five of the South Province while hunting for something else! They're definitely around, but it feels like you find them when you're least expecting it. So, maybe just explore and enjoy the adventure, and who knows? Vullaby might just surprise you.
