Finding a helicopter in GTA 5 is easier than it sounds! First stop, Vespucci Helipad, right on the coast. It's basically a buffet of helicopters ready for you to pick and fly. If that's not enough, sneak into Fort Zancudo. They've got military choppers, but be warned, they don't exactly welcome tourists with open arms.

Just pop over to the Vespucci Helipad. Helicopters just sitting there begging for a joyride. Easy peasy.

Honestly, just go to any helipad, especially the one at Vespucci. It's like GTA's version of a free car rental, except it's helicopters.

Well, if you're feeling adventurous, try the top of the Los Santos Police Department buildings. Sometimes you find a helicopter chilling there. It's like they left it just for us!
