Funny how games can be similar but demand different skills, right? Being good at CS:GO and struggling in Valorant is actually pretty common, and it boils down to the unique mechanics and game design each offers. CS:GO focuses more on precise shooting mechanics, map knowledge, and strategic gameplay. Valorant, on the other hand, introduces unique character abilities, which adds another layer of strategy and complexity. So, you might be a sharpshooter in CS:GO thanks to your aiming skills and game sense, but in Valorant, you gotta juggle those abilities too, which can throw off even seasoned players.

Simply put, Valorant requires you to be good at more than just shooting. Those abilities really change the game!

Valorant's characters and their crazy abilities can be overwhelming if you're coming from a pure shooter like CS:GO. It took me a while to get the hang of it, but once you start thinking of abilities as an extension of your arsenal, rather than a whole new game mechanic, you'll start to see improvement. Stick with it!
