Why did CS:GO remove Cobblestone?

Map rotations! Valve periodically updates the map pool to keep the game fresh and competitive. Cobblestone was probably removed to make room for newer maps or to rework it for a future update. It's all about balance and keeping the gameplay exciting for both new and veteran players.

Not everyone's cup of tea, but I heard Cobblestone got axed 'cause it wasn't playing well competitively. Too many nooks and crannies making it a nightmare for balance. Plus, fresh maps keep the esports scene spicy.

Cobblestone? More like 'Gone'-blestone. Honestly, wasn't the fan favorite. Maps come and go, and Cobble just went.
