Ever see a pro gamer hugging their monitor like it's a long-lost friend? That's because every pixel counts in CS:GO. Getting close means they miss less and shoot more. EZ wins, right?

Honestly, I think it's just a bad habit. I play just fine without being inches away from my screen. Plus, my eyes thank me for it.

CS:GO pros sit super close to their monitors for a few reasons actually. First, it helps them see enemies better, especially at long distances. It's all about those details, like a pixel out of place could be an enemy's head! Also, sitting closer reduces the area they need to move their eyes to see the entire screen, so they can react faster to anything that pops up. Plus, many of them got used to this setup from playing in cramped spaces at LANs where space is a premium, so now it's just habit.
