Why does Rec Room lag?

Had the same issue with lag in Rec Room. Turned out my PC needed an update and so did the game. Make sure everything's up to date, not just the game but your device's OS too. Helped me reduce lag significantly!
Sometimes it's not about your setup or internet. Rec Room servers themselves can get overwhelmed, especially during peak times or in super popular rooms. Patience is key!
